Order terms

This is a template. Please review every line, change the amounts to suit your bakery, and then delete this note.

Placing an order

Every order is confirmed by a phone call before we bake. Custom designs are reviewed by us first, and we confirm the final price on that call. Payment is cash on delivery unless we tell you otherwise.

Deposit

A deposit may be needed to confirm your order. The rest is paid when you collect or receive your cake.

Changes to your order

You can change the design, date or time up to 3 days before your delivery or pickup date. Please message us on WhatsApp with your order number. After that, we may not be able to change anything because the baking has been planned.

Cancellation

• More than 7 days before the date: full refund of what you paid, minus any payment charges.
• 4 to 7 days before: we keep 25% of the order total (at least Rs 1,000).
• 1 to 3 days before: we keep 50% of the order total.
• Less than 24 hours before: no refund, because the ingredients are already prepared.

Rush orders

Orders for tomorrow or within 2 days are rush orders. They depend on our availability and we will confirm by message.

Early and late times

Pickup or delivery before 10:00 or after 18:00 has a small extra charge of Rs 500, shown when you choose your time.

Collecting and delivery

Please be available at the chosen time. Cakes are delicate; once handed over, we cannot take responsibility for damage after that point.
